Lil Wayne Might have been talking about releasing tha Carter IV for the last year or two. Now after the last post I've talked about you can say that this is surprising. Starting out with tha Carter I, and then tha Carter II, and then tha Carter III ( with that being leaked all over tha place). Now he will be bring another multi-million dollar album to the table.
